Test notice

PantoPlus – test version for invited people

• This is a private test. Please do not share login details, links or screenshots.
• Everything is a trial: shops, products and prices are test data. The “test payment” moves no money; nothing is sold or shipped.
• Not a medical device: a DigiSole is not an examination and does not replace a prescribed insole.
• We log a lot to find bugs: clicks, errors, device and browser, scan quality. We keep scans to improve the product.
• App server: netcup, Wien (AT). Scan object storage: Hetzner, Deutschland (DE, EU). Processing also on my PC; no external AI services or advertising.
• Please no health information, no people, faces or documents in photos.
• Participation 18+, voluntary, consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Consent

Access (B1)

I am at least 18 years old, have read the notice and the rules for testers, and will keep the test version confidential. I consent to Leo Probst logging and analysing my use of the test version as described in “Privacy (test)”, including information about my device and browser, to improve the website and the scan app. I can withdraw this consent at any time.

Test participation with full recording (T1)

Required for access once full recording is switched on (then replaces B1).

I am at least 18 years old, was briefed by Leo Probst and have read the notice, “Privacy (test)” and the rules for testers. I explicitly consent to Leo Probst recording everything while I use the test version and transmitting it to his server – camera images (also outside the scans, several per second), the app’s screen and AR displays, instructions and my inputs, motion sensors, device and performance data and scan results – and to analysing this data himself, exclusively on his own systems (server in the EU, his own computer), in order to improve the website and the scan app. The data is not passed to any external AI service and not transferred outside the EU. I am aware that camera images may also show my surroundings. I can withdraw this consent at any time; my participation then ends and my data is deleted.

Insole scan (B2)

I explicitly consent to Leo Probst processing the photos of my insole, the capture data and the resulting DigiSole for this test and keeping them until 90 days after the end of the test to improve calculation and fitting. I understand that this data may allow conclusions about my health. I can withdraw my consent at any time; the data will then be deleted.

Extended retention (B3)

My insole scans may be kept after the end of the test for up to 36 months after the scan for further development, also once Leo Probst runs PantoPlus as a registered sole proprietorship. I can withdraw at any time.

New in the test version (19 October 2026)

Scan help: if a scan fails, the app asks whether you want to send its history and images, with a new consent each time. Your existing consents remain unchanged. Training our own models (B6) is separate and optional. The test works fully without the checkbox. Only data or scans after consent are covered.

B6

I explicitly consent to Leo Probst also using my insole photos and labels he creates to train his own learning image recognition models to recognise insoles, reference sheets and footbeds. Training takes place only on his own computer, without external AI services; the photos are not sent to Claude for training. The learned information remains in the models; after withdrawal, models are retrained without my data within six months. I can withdraw at any time.
